I am looking for my next book.....what do you rec? I like an easy read (sorry no John Piper, no offense Head family). I like a book that challenges me, I love Francis Chan, Donald Miller, John Ortberg,....let me know.
no offense taken. :) did you already read bringing up boys by dobson? i think you did, b/c i think you recommended it to me. if not, you should. it's been super helpful for me right now. also, i recommend there is no me without you, simply because it raises awareness to the needs in ethiopia, which is so dear to my heart. :)
i highly recommend Love and War by John and Stasi Eldridge... it is life changing. I also enjoyed Instructing your Child's Heart... it talks about the difference between "discipline and heart issues" A great one for the toddler years!

Check out Henri Nouwen's "Return of the Prodigal Son." Thin, easy read, that can be really transformative. I recommend it to everyone!
